She married James Carter in 1867 at Chicago where they made their home and had 3 children. In 1882 the Carters moved to Superior, Nebraska. The 1900 Nebraska census shows Agnes living alone in Garfield Precinct, Nuckolls County, NE with having 5 children, only 3 were living at that time. |
