???On March 4, 1872 a ship the Hansa arrived in New York City from Bremen with Wilhelm Hamann age 14, Wilhelmina Hamann age 18, Auguste Stier, age 16 and Ernestine Stier age 13.

From the Zion Lutheran Church, Chicago, IL marriage records August Kamin born 12 OCT 1852 from Rezin, Pommern, Germany and Ernstina Stier born 01 APR 1858 from Tornov, Preussen, were married by Pastor Wagner 17 FEB 1877; witnesses were Jacob Gamer and Johann Damaschke.

Rev. Anton Wagner served as pastor at Zion Lutheran Church which was located at W. 19th Street and Johnson. Johnson Street is now known as Peoria St. This congregation merged with a new mission in 1956 now the Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church located at 5122 Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60632-4508.
