Conrad Dohmeyer of Holtensen #15 and Sophia Alten have a daughter Engel Sophia Dorothea Dohmeyer (24 JAN 1814 - 16 FEB 1861). Engel Sophia Dorothea Dohmeyer married 03 AUG 1848 at Hohnhorst to Johann Conad Richers *1817 from Ohndorf #22. This family immigrated to Beecher, Will Co., IL. Maria Margrethe Gieseke of Gr. Munzel married 1) 19 MAY 1705 at Nenndorf to Heinrich Brase of Waltringhausen 2) 1721 at Nenndorf to Toennis Pipho. Christian Hulsemann of Gr. Munzel and Catharina Engel Peters. Johann F. Hansing (02 AUG 1818 - 08 MAR 1886) of Gr. Munzel married 1878 to Sophia Freise (15 DEC 1858 - 20 NOV 1934), daughter of Heinrich Christoph Freise and Dorothea Grages from Idensen. Hansing-Freise are buried at Maple Grove Cemetery, Bonfield, Kankakee Co., Illinois. Engel Maria geb.? Luebcke (1710-1780) from Gr. Munzel married 20 JAN 1737 at Nenndorf to Johann Cord Luebke (1714-1786), son of Johann Luebke and Anna Heims from Riehe/Waltringhausen. Heinrich Dammeyer of Gr. Munzel and Engel Maria Schweer (1783-1844 who later married at Beckedorf to Johann Heinrich Bolsewig) from Lindhorst #35 have an illegitimate daughter Catharina Sophia born 26 APR 1809 at Lindhorst. Cord Heinrich Knolle of Gr. Munzel married 23 FEB 1733 at Nenndorf to Anna Catharina Luelfing from Kreuzriehe. |

If you have come to my website via Ancestry: Several years ago the genealogy giant Ancestry absorbed the genealogy websites of Rootsweb along with personal databases posted at Rootsweb's WorldConnect Project that included a large database of my own family information. I started using Rootsweb in 2000 and they gave us the capability to add, remove, and update our information at anytime and I used these options frequently to post correct and current data. Presently (2006) I am told by Ancestry that we cannot maintain our own databases, we cannot even remove them.
